Hello my self Amit Tanna,
I m in teaching from past 16 year,
Basic rule of study is
Hardwork + interest = result
I always focus on basics and make class interactive by taking daily life examples so student can get interest and love the subject..
The method i use is very friendly to student and make them understanding well then and then only i move to next topic,
Reply to every single questions though they are too basic that boost up confidance of them and they ask freely and understood the things well
