I study before I teach which helps me to understand the points where students can face problems and they might need help. English is my most favourite subject as it is the need for the nation currently.
Along with teaching I try to understand the strength and weakness of children so that I can focus on the specific areas where required.
Handwriting improvement is also my area.
Encouraging the child is method of teaching instead of using strict methodologies like physical punishment.
