Dr. Peace S. A. holds a B.Sc in Microbiology, M.Sc in Medical Microbiology and PhD in Bioengineering. I have 6 years teaching experience in Science and Biology (IGSCE, O, AS and A levels).I am conversant with the use of technology for teaching
My teaching philosophy is student centered, I believe each student is unique and should be given an apportunity to learn in a challenging learning environment for their development. I believe l can facilitate learning by providing guidance practically by engagement, communication and enquiry. I believe each students should be taught based on the teaching methods, they can understand best. I teach my student well with modern teaching methods/ technology and help them understand well by using videos/visual, diagrams, verbal, artistic/ drawing, smartboards, powerpoints presentations, active classroom activities, practical activities, good interactive learning, group classroom activities, personal projects, writing and communication methods. As an expert in my field, I am well informed academically and I have all it takes to motivate, inspire and nuture a passion for science and also equip my students to succeed by using scientific knowledge hence training future scientists.
