I teach based on the individual differences of the students. I use different methods to teach based on the students and the topics to be taught. I make sure I come down to my learners level for easy assimilation of the topic. I also use different instructional materials to teach. Because children grasp faster based on what they have seen. I don't rush my learners, I take my time to put them through every step of the topics. I also access them based on what have taught them and do the corrections together with them.
