Learning should be fun and engaging. I am an inquiry based teacher where students can develop their own understanding of concepts. As a teacher I facilitate and not tell students what the 'answer 'is but guide them to find out by themselves. Students should be allowed to express their thoughts and ideas with whatever concepts they are covering to allow them to understand relevant information. I believe that making real life connections is also an important part of a student's learning journey. I understand that as a teacher, it is not an expectation to know everything and that with students, you can always find out together.
