In my years of being a medical technology instructor, I have taught clinical chemistry, microbiology, clinical microscopy and MTLBE. Currently, I handle the MTAP for Clinical Chemistry at FEU-Manila which focuses on preparing 4th year medical students for the boad exam. As a teacher, I tend to adjust my style based on the needs of the student that I observe during the discussion, if I see that my student struggles in understanding the lesson, I tend to explain in more slowly and simpy to him or her because knowing the student understands the lesson as I teach it is very important to me. That is my goal. With that, students usually thank me and appreciate the hardwork I am putting through in teaching them. That little appreciation from them makes me want to do more and do better as a teacher. Passion to teach runs in our family, I love it and I a do well as a teacher.I hope to work with you and share my knowledge to you soon. Thank you.
