I love taking up students who have very low grades in science subjects so that they can steer up their passions and discover their potentials.
I basically love to know the area of week ness of each student by asking them random questions on the subject so as to know where I can start from with each students and also to know the passion and desires of each students so that the student's passion can be well driven and trained to achieve good academic grades and help in overcoming life challenges.
