I personally encourage engagement and interaction of the students during lecture. With my proficiency in concepts, I make sure that my student gets an in depth and a proper understanding of what I am teaching. Moreover, I find my self all ears to what the student has to share, be it their problems or ideas. I can adopt new and creative methods to make students understand their topic by showing them a video or by making up stories for their better understanding of the concepts.
