I am profoundly interested in teaching students. I do always try to make sure that the topics have been understood. My teaching style is mostly simple and direct. I encourage the students to enhance their problem solving ability and decision making skills. As a result, their performance will be more enthusiastic and satisfying. A great teacher should always be an inspirational guide and love and value their students. My teaching will never be an exception and be a follower of these morals. As a teacher, it’s vital to practice empathy instead of making assumptions — for instance, making efforts to understand and address the root issue that’s causing a student to fall behind their peers, perform more poorly than they used to, or lash out in class. My method also includes the empathetic and patient way of teaching. I manage to keep a respectful attitude and healthy student-teacher relationship with the children. To be more flexible and adaptable, I prepare a wide range of scenarios for the class. Whether I teach first graders or doctoral students, I need the ability to innovate, think outside the box, and find novel solutions to challenges, which will empower me to meet a wider range of students’ needs. Being creative as an educator helps to foster creativity in the students which I follow as an essential skill they’ll need for countless career paths.
