Hello parents
I'm having 2 years of experience in relevant job and also I use to take tution for 1 to 10 th standard student, . As kannada is my mother tongue. I use to give targets or home work for the children and to increase there intrest what ever work they will get I'll say like you will get points by the month end with the appreciation I used to disclose the name by this students I'll put more efforts to get appreciation from the teacher it's like encouraging the students to put more efforts.
