Hello! My name is Mara, and I'm passionate about teaching English and other dialects such as Cebuano, Literature, Communication, History. I have an extensive experience in teaching and I've helped numerous students develop strong language skills that helped them advance in their studies and careers.

My teaching approach is centered around the learner. I prefer preparing engaging and interactive learning experiences. I believe in the efficacy of creating a supportive environment for students to feel confident and comfortable in expressing themselves and exploring new ideas. Through a combination of discussions, activities, and personalized feedback, I aim to enhance students' communication skills, self-sufficiency, confidence, metacognition, and other necessary skills for them to sustain effort and arrive at their learning goals.
