I am Ananya Mishra writing to express my interest in the position of tutor in the subject Biology. I came to know about the vacancy through online sources. I have 3year teaching experience as a Full time Research Scholar and as a teacher. I would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss my qualifications in detail with you. Thank you for your time and consideration. Educating is challenging. There seem to be never enough time, a multitude of disciplines with copious amounts of content, students with several unique needs, numerous standards established by non-educators, and exams that question our capacity to instruct and guide. It makes sense that a large percentage of educators quit their jobs within the first five years of starting them. More importantly, it makes sense that many start to lose their path, question their skills, and lose hope that they will ever succeed as educators. Unfortunately, not all instructors leave. A large number stay, burned out and without confidence in their own abilities. I know I am a good teacher with a great communication skills with my students.
