Learner centred approach with integration of ICT.Question and answer method involving some discussions.Assessment which is constant where immediate feedback is given so as to monitor the mastery of concepts.Alot of repetition too as recommended to many learnners.Being a class teacher for some four years, about 70%of the students scored a grade that would enable students join university and the other 30%,acquired a grade that would suit them to pursue some Diploma. courses .Being approachable and skillful in my area,makes me a great teacher.I have also put in so many hours into my professional and this makes me a great teacher
