A Teacher should be able to make a very strong connection with his/her student,this bonding is necessary for better understanding of the subject.
I believe that a kid should be taught in a way that he is very much clear with the basic concept.Modern teaching techniques using cartoon characters,charts and audio/visual resources to clear any doubt or difficulty in the mind of student are helpful.
Helping the student in his assignments and allowing him/her think out of the box is necessary for his educational progress.I believe that giving proper time and understanding the needs of the student is the key for the success of the student.
