Each learner is unique, hence there is no cookie-cutter way that will work with every single child. In my 15 years of teaching, I have to keep evolving and improving with every student I encounter. I do spend some time, (a lesson or two), to understand how a student learns. I continue learning as well as how I review every step of the way and figure out which methods and practices adhere best to my student's learning needs.

Promoting a self-learning method for my students that fosters critical thinking skills, students are able to retain knowledge because they took a more active part in learning it, through asking questions to learners.

Experience has proved that the blended style works best as it integrates an approach to teaching and learning that mixes the teachers' personality along with that of the student's needs while taking careful consideration of the appropriate method as the curriculum calls for. This is an inclusive method as it empowers me as an educator to tailor my styles that may not be typically prescribed and incorporate them as per the student's needs and curriculum- appropriate ways.
