My name is Palesa evelina Masiteng,i currently working at Vodacom Lesotho Call Center for a year now.I have obtained my Barchelor`s Degree in Interior Architecture nine years ago.

Also, I can proudly say that i enjoy working with different people,be it kids or grown ups.Its gives me great satisfaction to learn how other people think and try to understand their perspective, which simply elaborates that I can say i am a good Listener.

i am one person who is higly motivated and is able to work alone or in a group of people.am able to shape given projects to reality and i therefore .When i have a goal, i look forward to reaching it regardless of the obstacle given ahead.

I have been lucky enough to have been exposed to the Teaching enviroment where I tought Carpentry and furniture design as well as introducing design softwares.This is actually where i discovered i enjoy dealing with people.

I am an outdoor person,who loves nature and art, i love biking and i love camping and reuniting with nature. I have good communication skills as well as negotiation skills which I got over the years.

In my class i really appreciate interactions, we learn both ways and we play educational games where necessary. I pay attention to students needs indivudually and try to get to the objective of the lesson. Where at the beginning of each we recap the previous lessons so to understand how lessons interact to lead to a certain goal.
Discussion of feedback and assignments is a must so that we pay attention where the student lacks.

I expect student teacher respect at all times where we give each other space to talk, classroom rules to be followed by all means.
