I focus on student's learning abilities right from the first day. I believe the student should more and more from my teaching and that can only be done when I know how he/she understands. I am a Software Engineer and have been teaching my newly joined interns or colleagues in office. I make sure that the student not only learns the technology or skills but also he/she specialises in problem solving skills. Be it in professional or personal life.
I don't call this job teaching but knowledge sharing. So far I have shared my knowledge to over 50 students. I am aiming to enhance these figures with quality.
