I am Sushma having 13 years experience in the field of education. I have done my Masters in Applied Geology and CIDTL. I have also received gold medal for securing highest in mining geology (M.Sc)from Bangalore university.

I believe as an educationist, only imparting knowledge is not the sole responsibility of a teacher but also giving them opportunities to explore themselves and their surroundings. By doing so we will be instilling confidence and raise a confident individual.

I believe in active teaching with mindmaps and hands on activities. I can teach any topic using innovative methods.
