Introduction.
My name is Hifsa Karim.
I'm basically well known Islamic teacher and a vast experience of teaching and administration. I am 23 years old and I have been teaching for 7 years. I have been teaching online for almost 4 years now. I am also studying Holy Quran in different countries. Many students have completed the Holy Quran. We help students female, children and adults to learn Quran in easy way. The number of online students is around 10 and the number of regular students is around 100.
Method of teaching.
My teaching style is very simple and interesting that's why students read with more interest and passion for learning emerges in them. I believe that the more attentively a child is taught, the harder he will remember the lesson and show more results than other children. Keeping this goal in mind, I use the demonstration method so that children can understand and learn. This is the reason why my students show more progress than other students.
Teaching style.
I think that students should be taught with love and affection so that if they are facing any problem while studying, they can discuss with the teacher without hesitation. While teaching, every principle and rule should be kept in front of the students so that they can understand it better by asking questions about it. They should be taught that the meaning of the word payment is this, and they should also be told that if the word payment is not done correctly, its meaning will change. Every principle and rule should be kept in front of them in such a way that whatever they read gets imprinted in their minds for the rest of their lives.
Learning experience.
I have been teaching for more than seven years and with my teaching experience in mind, I pursued a four year B.Ed (Honor) which is a teacher education and H.E.C approved programme. The main purpose of which is teacher training. After completing this course which consisted of four years, how to teach the students of Hoi before, they will show more results how to know their psychology. How to teach them, how to handle them. How to make the students sit in the class so that their mind is only on the lesson. All this I learned in a four year degree and that is why students value my teaching methods.

My mission is to earn the pleasure of Allah through the act of islamic education and training according to the teaching of islam and need of scientific era.

    My name is Hifsa Karim.
    I taught in Oxford Public School Bagh Azad Kashmir as Senior Teacher from May 2020 to December 2023. My teaching style is interesting and simple, I teach in different ways and use different methods so that students can learn to read effectively. My experience there as a teacher proved to be very interesting and useful. I learned a lot of new things there which are useful to me in practical life. I also got a lot of honors there. I was also awarded the best teacher in 2022 there.
