I believe in cultivating kids interest in exploring the fun of learning, allowing for mistake made during the course of learning. Being able to connect with students authentically and to receive feedback in positive way. For higher grade, teaching students on problems solving skills and emotion quotient are important. My teaching style is to encourage students to participate in interactive activities, to think out of box so that they understand sometimes there is no right or wrong answer to some questions. The main thing is to teach them to become independent learners.
