I am ex bank officer and currently doing internship in IT field. I have a great passion towards teaching and shaping young minds in an innovative and interesting ways.I will analyze the student and decide the teaching methods what actually suits them. By applying that, already I achieved great results in my students grade as well in their communication as well. One of the low learners who failed in english subject, through my interesting teaching methods he secured 60% after my 3 months of training.so, success is about creating an interest to students towards that subjects, and that matters a lot.
