My name is Doris Segera from Ruiru, Kiambu County, Kenya. I hold a degree in Counseling Psychology from Kenyatta University. I am available for an online teaching job as a full-time teacher. Registered member of the Kenya Psychological Counsellors Association. Willing to work on any Counseling job or even writing assignments on the same topic. Am conversant with women and gender roles as a subject. Able to teach grade one to eight basic English writing skills and reading English and Kiswahili storybooks. I can create a good rapport with my clients and am sure I will be able to reciprocate it with the students, I am very patient and a good listener, hardworking, readily available, flexible, and a perfect timekeeper. My teaching styles are blended learning, connecting with learners, experimental learning, and demonstrator direct instruction. Teaching methodologies that I would employ include collaborative learning, personalized learning, the use of flipped classrooms, and lastly peer teaching. Results will be achieved by creating assignments, creating exams, assessing group work, and classroom assessment techniques, and using concept tests and concept maps.
