I only believe in understanding of student. Every student have different capabilities of understanding that subject. I don't teach everyone at same level. If a student is good in a particular subject then I'll teach more advance topics to student. If student is week in basic concepts, I'll teach from scratch by giving example.

One thing that attract me in teaching other is that- few months ago I was teaching a 10th class student. But due to some medical emergency I was not able to take classes for few months. At that time, he called me and said- I'm not understanding other teachers' concepts. I tried 3 teacher after your medical emergency. Can you please teach me somehow. So earlier I was teaching as a home tutor. But due to medical emergency I started teaching him online. And he secured a rank in his class first class. He live in pune. I can't share other details about him here.

So the point is when your work is appreciated, you love what you are doing.
