I have more than 10 years industry experience and 7 years teaching, mentoring and guiding mass communication students at the undergraduate and postgraduate level at a reputed university. I have individually and as part of a team worked on syllabus revisions, floating new courses and designing teaching modules for outcome based learning. So I have a working knowledge of the requirements for teaching, testing and learning goals in academic environments. I believe that teaching is about creating an environment where students begin to think and learn on their own. Structuring learning objectives, lesson plans and reading material to create this environment is my job . Teaching should help students become more confident about the subject and themselves. 10th, 12th and college students interested in humanities can approach me.
