I always start from basic and fundamentals & always read theory rather than to switch the practical questions directly so that we try to know like why we are putting the such transaction in B/S or P&L whatever. Randomly or suddenly ask the questions which we have been done, Take test and after assessment of the test do multiple revision of needed. Learning with the examples & do quizzes either for the entertaining purpose or for the knowledge purpose. Be strict & be soft. Try to do the group discussion as much as possible so that I can remove the nervousness of the student & can grow the communication skills as well as knowledge. Never Chase a topper student & never do the partiality so that we could follow such rule "grow together" "Everybody's company will help in everybody's growth".
