With my years of teaching, I have encountered a large student body reinforcing the notion that a single method is insuficient to cater the varied learning styles of students. Some respond to visual stimuli. Still some to auditory cues and others to methodological approach such as games which I consistently incorporate in my teaching repertoire. As a teacher, I am aware that students are unique to each other and that they have different needs. It is very important to modify teaching method according to the need of the students. Using different approach will also ensure participation and alleviate academic pressure amont students.
