Well my teaching style is friendly it is strick when there is a dire need of it. I don't want every student to behave in a same way in the first meeting I just read student's mind and their interests and then I adopt some related means to connect with me.I just let student be comfortable with me so that they are not resilient in asking any query. But I also know how to maintain the boundaries and discipline in class.
Like right now I'm teaching a kid and she was interested in having islamic knowledge along with her studies because She is from a local American School and She cannot learn it in her school. So, I found out an Islamic book to read with her having alot of brainstorming activities and to read that book with me she has a motivation to finish her homeworks as soon as possible. Sometimes when she gets stubborn I just her have the break to let her get relaxed.
Results:
Results are that now even though her parents want her to move in a physical school despite of having online school the only question she asks me continously teacher if I'm going to leave you or not? I don't want to leave you.
Also when I joined She doesn't want to read her lessons by herself she wants me to read them for her But now She reads each of her lessons by herself and her fluency in English has increased.
Her parents are so satisfied and the student is having A+ grades in all subjects.

    In addition to my duties for this job I also let her learn Islam and basic Islamic religion ruling when we get some free time during our class(because she is a muslim).
