I completed BE, Mtech, (PHD) in civil structural engineering, was working as a Assistant professor in Engineering college Bangalore and in a polytechnic as well, handled many subjects both in Diploma and Civil Engineering, I came across all type of students who are very good in academics and some of them need time to grasp the subject to whom I supported with techniques, simple terms and solved previous years question papers so that they can excel in their subjects with a good score in exams which gave satisfaction in my teaching career
