I am very determined and passionate about my work. I can flexibly adapt my teaching style according to the student's cognitive level. I can employ different teaching approaches and methodologies according to students' IQ level. For me mutual engagement is very mandatory both for teacher and students. Because I believe that's how the learning phenomenon occurs. Through mutual discussions students are also able to resolve their queries.
