The most important aspect in teaching is creating an environment that makes learning interesting to the students. That's one area I prioritize and I've seen enormous Improvement in my students over the years.
The "Teacher student" connection is the key to Improvement.
Education is a collective thing and it's influenced by a number of factors. "Manners" is one factor that has been completely ignored yet affected many students. In me, expect a person who is going to instill discipline in the student(s).
