I am a Food and Beverage Trainer specialising in Food and Beverage Production. I have intense knowledge and skills in a relatively larger part of the topics now referred to units of competency in food and Beverage production both theory and practice.
The units of competency include:

3. Food Accompaniments
4. Meat cuts( Butchery)
5. Meats cookery
6. Yeast products
7. Salads and salad dressings
8. Cakes
9. Desserts
10. Sandwiches
11. Beverage
All these units of competencies are assessed in both theory and practice. The competency- Based curriculum emphasizes that training should be industry aligned and hence the National Occupational Standards should be strictly adhered to in order to achieve these principles.
