Teaching requires something innovative something that develops your interest in the subject matter so I worked on it.
I also managed guidance and councling duties so I understand the issues of students related to studies.
Teacher and student both can understand each other and develop learning environment and get remarkable outcomes.
Further I can engage students to their subject matter and try to minimize stress of specific subject by giving a smooth learning environment.
Instead of all these methods I also work on students weekness and work hard for the betterment of students.
