Hello!!!

Myself Ranjitha Rajasekar. I have been working as a full time HR Professional for the past 4.5 years. Since I have an interest towards teaching and interaction with current generation I would like to improve my new exposure in the teaching field. I believe that it is always a two way process. Through teaching I will have the opportunity to cascade what I have learned and it's an opportunity to learn what they have in their mind.
