I develop an individualised teaching plan for every learner even if they happen to be in the same class, or learning at the same level. This is because none of us take information the same way or even think alike. I work through your weaknesses to a reasonable level of proficiency depending on what a student is capable of. I encourage and support wins and even trials. I have achieved a high yield in my methodology that's how I know it works. That's what makes me one of the best teachers out there.
