As a teacher i believe in putting efforts to make the subject interesting for my students, making sure they have work less on their end to understand stuffs.
As my teaching methodology, i prefer to keep my sessions interactive as i believe the more doubts a student has, the more attentive he is in the session, which is ultimately the whole point.
Also, I am not a big memory fan. I try to make sure that the students need to memorize as little stuff as possible (I prefer none at all). Things should be intuitive, that the whole idea of teaching and learning science.
In the end, ofc the results matter. That is the ultimate measure of a good teacher. So focus will be on that as well.
