My teaching methodology and styles, basically, focus on the 21c teaching and learning strategies that enable students to be successful in their academics and entire career. I consider myself as both theoretician and practitioner. For me the two are inseparable in the life of effective teacher.
My goal is to assist trainees/students to master English at a high level. I try to handle this and other facts generally in methodology. Not only English language, but also other Ethiopian languages e.g. afaan oromoo, amaharic. There are number of terminologies I can explicitly present such as approach, technique, method. The word approach I mean that an idea
or theory is being applied, that whatever the teacher does, certain theoretical issues.
I believe I am very unique and different in my methodical presentations, because I do not only focus on the classroom micro and macro skill teachings. Rather more importantly, I give due attention to the key success of the students. Therefore, I also train the following key areas of strategies for students success in their exam and any other competitions e.g. job interview.
