It depends on the child's age and class mainly. If it's for a child aged below 5th standard, I focus on his/her reading and writing skill, dictation, pronounciation, and create a base for a child which is strong and later about the chapters. If it's for a high school or a middle school child, Reading, writing, comprehension, grammar, and chapter wise explanation along with the question answers, and summaries which makes it easy to write and it builds confidence to the child to write their own answers and improve their language.
