I deliver a content by explicitly explaining a concept rather than relying upon the student to discover.I use more student centered learning approaches which has made my students excel.l respect my students regardless of their age and skill,and make them feel special, important and unique.Am not only a good teacher but a great teacher as well since I enable the child to learn well by preparing and setting clear and fair expectations, I have a positive attitude,am patient with students and I assess my students on regular basis.I am able to adjust my teaching strategies having in mind that different students learn in different ways.
