For software development :
1) I access my student to know the level of proficiency they have obtained in the programing language - this is done by engaging them in interactive sections (questions and answers)
2) make a list of topics they need to cover to build their knowledge
3) I focus on project base learning because quick result motivates and encourages the student to add effort

For use of English language and French language :
1) I access my student to know the level of proficiency they have obtained - this is done by engaging them in interactive sections (questions and answers)
2) make a list of topics they need to cover to build their knowledge of the language and prepare materials on the listed topics
3) I focus on the oral aspect of the language because quick result motivates and encourages the student to add effort
4) I also focus on grammar and vocabulary building as it's essential to speaking eloquently
5) I revise the topics treated and test their knowledge and proficiency by giving a project topic to make a presentation at intervals pending on the time duration given

Accounting :
1) I build my students on the basic accounting knowledge, and fundamentals of accounting to advance financial accounting
2) I make provision for materials and formats to ease the learning process
3) revision and test of knowledge
