Throughout my teaching experience with different student ages and levels, I can say that I use student-centered learning approach, which is considering my connection with my students as a priority. By the second or third lecture or session, I build a picture of each student's need, learning style, if he or she has difficulties, and most importantly what motivates them. Based on this, I design the class activities, assignments and the feedback. I believe that students have to accept me first and love me to accept whatever I'm going to say. We are not in conflict, we both have the same goal, to pass the course peacefully. Thankfully, my previous experience with my students was amazing! we have been in touch even after they graduated. It is important to notice that I did a difference to their life. The happiest moment for me is when F student got a C, more than enough for me. Also, I'm not that teacher that simplify you in your grade, your grade does not represent you. Your effort, dedication and hard work do!
