I am passionate about teaching biochemical techniques like Agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS, Western blotting,qPCR,autoradiography,chromatin immunoprecipitation and much more. I'm ready to deliver solid lectures in molecular biology encompassing replication, transcription, translation and gene regulation. i will be using model-based approach to make students understand the complex concepts like loading of
DNA helicase, DNA topology, Twin domain model,DNA scrunching etc. Also, i will shed light on recombinant DNA technology, especially the importance and use of Crispr cas system. At last, we will learn application of genetic engineering and its role in combatting the uncured diseases
