Teaching was not always a passion of mine, however, since my role as an Application Instructor I have enjoyed the feeling of creating an understanding for students and helping them develop the necessary skills and knowledge in order to perform their relevant tasks. I have been certified by Microsoft at both the Associates and Expert level. Today, I have taught over 50 students from many different organizations across Jamaica. Aside from teaching Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, I am also a certified Computer Technician with years of experience to my name. I have moved from being a Data Entry clerk to a Level 2 Technical Support Agent, then on to being an IT Specialist which managed an entire IT department and I am currently an Application Instructor who loves sharing knowledge to those willing to learn. I have been told that I am an excellent teacher who is patient and able to relay information in a way that different students can all understand. I look forward to helping you too.
