Proficient, dedicated and well organized, with Mphil in English literature, motivated to apply academic skills. I have always believed that teaching is a two way road. As a teacher I love to transfer my passion for English to my students and in this process I also enjoy learning a lot from my students. My teaching method is largely based on discussions and engaging the students so that they feel confident and motivated enough to participate and enjoy their work. In this way I also get to know them. Rot learning is not for me or my students. What generate result is the understanding and appreciation of the subject matter by the student and it is achieved by various teaching methods.
