I am an educationist having 32 years of teaching experience from middle to graduation classes, as well as institutional administration and examination holding experience in different educational institutions. I have performed my duties as recruitment expert/ training manager. I have completed many assignments of translations, editing, copy writings and content writings. I have completed many research works (thesis/articles/ proposals) during my higher studies. I have also performed my duties with UNO peace keeping mission in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Mostly, I invited students to participate in teaching-learning experience which I consider the most easiest and effective tool of learning process and attracts the students to participate in the learning process consciously and actively. Due to this methodology, I have also inculcated into the students the social values of helping and behaving positively with each other and with other teachers. I got maximum output from my students.
I acted as mentor and career counselor for students also. I also made liaison with parents of the students to communicate educational progress as well as social behavior of their children.
