Hello! I'm Ayo, a native English speaker holding a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literary Studies, a Master's Degree in Broadcast and Film Management, and a TESOL (120-hour) certification.
The pinnacle of my professional journey unfolded during my tenure as a Teacher in Kano state, Nigeria, as part of the mandatory Youth Service for my country. This experience holds a special place in my heart, marked by the profound impact on my non-English speaking students, who, through inspiration, embraced the challenge of reading, speaking, and communicating in English. Witnessing their transformation was truly gratifying.
In my teaching approach, I firmly believe in the uniqueness of every student. By employing a diverse range of teaching methodologies, I ensure that each student can actively engage with the learning process. My training has equipped me to seamlessly integrate multimedia resources, role-plays, purposeful objects, and artistic elements to create an environment that mirrors real-life scenarios and promotes interactive learning.
Assessment in my classroom is not merely a measure of proficiency; it is a celebration of progress. I am dedicated to recognizing and acknowledging the advancements made by each student, fostering an atmosphere where achievements, no matter how small, are valued and celebrated.

     Work closely with academic departments and faculty to align studio resources with curiculum
    requirements.
     Asisted with training students and staf on the proper use of studio equipment and facilities.
     Conducted interviews with prospective candidates for the management of the department studio.
     Elevated communication standards in the Department and among inter-departmental staff by 25%.
     Provide technical suport to students, department and staff using the studio facilities.
     Played a key role in securing funding from the World Bank and UNESCO for the University Studio
    through facilitation and coordination efforts.
