I am a teacher who believes that every student is unique and as such their cognitive development should be catered for individually. Constant practice and dedication can play a tremendous role in improving students' grades and I have seen that with my previous employers. This is why I firmly believe in using the inclusive teaching and learning method as it helps to engage students in the lesson. Instead of students being spoon fed they are actually challenged into have an opinion about a certain topic. This then helps with their cognitive development.

Engaging students in the lesson helps them to stay focused and also to have fun while learning. I am a patient teacher and I always ensure that the learning environment is welcoming for every student.
