It is my role to make the student understand the subject matter as well as create a picture of the discussion to aid easy remembering. This helps facilitate the learning process with immediate results seen within few weeks of study. I ensure I give assignments to help the student learn faster and also review and revise previous topics before new ones. At the end of every week, I like to access my students to know how well they understand the topics and how far they can put them in practice. I also like to encourage my students verbally and with some insensitive. Discipline is a key factor that must be upheld at all times during the course of teaching and learning. Hence, it is the basics upon which my teaching skills are built.
