I'm a RCI registered special educator and I have been in the education sector for more than 4 years now. I prioritise my learners and their specific learning needs. I see potential in every learner and I enable them to achieve that. In my sessions, learner's will get tailor made learning approach to suit their learning style and needs. For learner's with special needs or diverse needs, as I say, will get get Individualized education plan and a support plan for parents. I use visual audio kinesthetic approach, play way method and ABA therapy. ICT will be eminent part of learning sessions. Regular feedbacks will shared with the learner and guardian.
