Before i formally write my skills and abilities it is necessary to mention
my experiences of my life; because they determine who i was, who i am
and who i will be in the future. This is not an easy task which can be
ascertained here but i will define the record of my aptitude and abilities
in as short as possible.
I belong to a middle class family which is very determined and puts
great focus on the study of everyone. Such was the case with me,as in
my early childhood i was sent to a school in which i spent almost one
third of my educational career. I had an adventurous nature and was
very lively child who loved being with the family just like any other child
but things changed when i was sent to school i had to face plethora of
difficulties, most hard one was being away from home most of the day.
I wonder why this system puts so much burden on the children in the
school life and takes away the independent nature of most and makes
them like tools who have no will to work according to their own nature.
Nevertheless, within few weeks i made friends and became settled in
this new life. Perhaps it was because of the nature of the humans who
are meant to adapt.
First few years were difficult as i was not acquainted with the grading
system nor i knew the language of the books. I belong to a village so
that i had no experience with any new language. It was in the third
grade that i started showing interest in the school life and made my
mark. Most of the teachers were amazed with the intellectual capacity
and conceptual calibre of mine. My grades became better and better
and i progressed with my schooling career. Bulk of my achievements is
evident from one of the room of my house where i keep my medals and
shields . I still cherish those beautiful. Busy life has taken our sense of
society, happiness and even our own self. T.S eliot was quite right when he wrote in one of his greatest creation 'four quartets' that: "time past
and time future allow but a little consciousness"
In my college i strayed away from brilliance but was recognized as one
of the most creative students. It was in the university that i explored my
real self. I met some great minds in the form of teachers and
friends and i developed myself and explored my real and most
authentic self. Exposure of that life boosted my confidence and
polished my abilities. I met people of every persona and had debates over
cafes, hotels and even during walks in which many great ideas were
discussed.
As a law student i had to be social in every aspect that's why i participated
in many extra curricular activities which ranged from arranging
seminars and webinars to managing esteemed law council of our
faculty. I met some great people of legal faculty who admired me a lot.
It was because of these services that i became the president of that
council. I became an avid reader whose thirst for knowledge was
increasing day by day. I read books about law, history, psychology,
sociology, fiction, health, communication and motivational books along
with politics. I am a great admirer of art and creation. According to me
greatest minds expressed themselves in the form of arts. All of this stuff
developed my worldview and made a paradigm shift in my thinking. In
this globalized world of complex problems and harsh social and
economic shackles; reading, writing and meeting with positive people
can make your life worth living.
I successfully completed my university career which made me a
strong individual who can face any problem, tackle any difficult scenario and can find solution by removing any hurdle that may come
in the process of development.
All of these aforementioned circumstances have created a sense of
belief and confidence which culminated in the form of a personality
that generates positive energy. This is the reason why i can serve in any
relevant organizations and can fulfill any task. I am a voracious reader
and it is a well established fact that " A person who reads often can
write brilliantly". Reading opens your mind, gives you words to write
about, increases your cognitive abilities and confidence.
I have a great passion for teaching. I prefer teaching because it is a
divine attribute as Allah revealed the first verse in Quran in the form of word
"Read". If i can raise a single dedicated individual in a society who is
filled with passion, dedication and motivation that would be enough
for me! Single drop of a tear that can come in the eyes of a student
due to my teaching is enough for me and
believe me it has happened.
I am a dedicated individual and i assure you that my teachings,
research and tasks would be of top quality. I will do my best to fulfill
all the relevant tasks and meeting all the requirements. In short i will
not hesitate to say that " You can count on me" along with this let me say that " I can
teach" ALHAMDULILLAH!

Experience

  • Teacher (Sep, 2023Present) at Saani islamia law college haripur
I am a lecturer of law of torts, constitutional law and introduction to law as well. My job is to elaborate the purpose of studying a subject. Students are ascertained about the method which i will use in the class to teach. I usually prefer amalgamation of active and passive learning. Students are given lectures in the manner that they can fully participate i.e i ask questions about the stuff we studied at the end of every topic. They are allowed to ask any question that comes in their mind about the topic. They are given opportunities of presenting topics before the class so that they can gain confidence. I usually give examples of each concept so that they can easily understand what is presented before them.I make notes for them in the form of writing, provide them pdfs of books and articles of various writers so that they can grasp difficult concepts easily. Along with the course outline i also make extra arrangements; the concepts which are novel and new are taught so that students can apply their knowledge in a wholesome manner. Tort law is easy and interesting subject. Although its scope is limited yet it is quite relevant in common law countries i.e U.K and even in Pakistan as well. With the passage of time more and more people are becoming aware of their rights so that they refer to the courts more often than before which makes this subject important and necessary.
