I teach by using by using collaborative, interactive and student centered teaching style.This is through table teaching style that will help to understand if he or she has understood. I find that table based learning allows one on one interaction with my students and it fosters a sense of community in the classroom. I have seen a significant improvement in my student engagement and retention when I use table based learning. This methodology that am using will help students to understand well and perform better academically and reach their golas
